Half and Full Marathon Training Description
This is a 10 week Training Program designed for the runner that is looking to improve on their late Spring and Summer fitness. It is geared toward every fitness level from beginner to advanced, but it is preferred the runner has already developed a fitness base of easy running at least 3 times per week.
The program will work on building mileage throughout the training period and hitting workouts and long runs that are needed to perform at their peak on race day.
Details:
- Cost is $170 per individual
- Runner receives a 10 week personalized training schedule through Training Peaks and their KC Endurance Coach. (Other weekly options available upon request).
- The Saturday Long Run/Long Workout group will meet Saturday mornings at 7am at various locations around Kansas City. The runner will receive a calendar of locations upon sign-up
- Workouts are not mandatory to attend but are preferred so we can understand your current fitness and do a better job at prescribing a progressive training schedule.
